After the BREXIT, the British regulatory authorities have decreed that manufacturers and distributors, at the latest from 01.01.2023, must declare with a "UKCA" mark (corresponding to the "CE" mark) that the product meets the applicable requirements in England, Wales and Scotland. In Northern Ireland, the "CE" mark will remain valid. For the time being only a paper declaration is necessary but no additional tests.
Thales will deliver the products in the appendix list for the world and European market (W and E variants) in the future with CE and additional UKCA mark.

Timing note: If THALES DIS AIS Deutschland GmbH does not receive a notification to the contrary within a period of 6 weeks, THALES DIS AIS Deutschland GmbH assumes that the customer agrees to the change.
